Warming Instructions

Follow the easy instructions below to experience the great flavor of Boudin San Francisco Sourdough Bread.

FULLY BAKED BREAD

Mist or sprinkle water to the surface of the bread and place directly in a 425° F pre-heated oven for approximately 5-6 minutes, just long enough to warm up the bread.  Do not microwave.

To Enjoy Later
Freeze bread immediately in a tightly sealed plastic freezer bag.  If properly frozen, your bread should last up to six months in the freezer.

To Thaw
Remove from freezer bag and thaw at room temperature.
Place into a 425° F pre-heated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and warm. Do not microwave. 

 

TAKE & BAKE SOURDOUGH BREAD

To Enjoy Now
Remove bread from poly bag and place directly in a 425° F pre-heated oven for
approximately 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and warm.  Do not microwave.

To Enjoy Later

BOUDIN SOURDOUGH PIZZA CRUSTS

Our “Take & Bake” Sourdough Pizza Crusts are made with 4 simple ingredients:  Local enriched flour, water, salt, and a portion of our original mother dough.
Create your favorite pizza by topping with your choice of sauces, cheese, meats and/or vegetables.

To Enjoy Now
Pizza crusts can be stored at room temperature in sealed plastic bag for 2-3 days.

To Enjoy Later
Freeze for up to 3 months in a tightly sealed plastic bag.  When ready to use, thaw frozen crusts overnight at room temperature.

Preparation Instructions
For best results cook from room temperature and do not microwave

Oven Method

  • Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Top with your favorite ingredients
  • Brush edges of crust with olive oil
  • Place directly on rack or pre-heated baking sheet or pizza stone
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes; until crust edges are golden brown and cheese is melted and other toppings are hot. Watch closely.
  • For best results, do not overload your toppings

Grill Method

  • Pre-heat gas or charcoal grill to medium or about 450 degrees
  • Follow instructions above, heat with lid down
