What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your catering order date and time. We accept weekday cancellations before 4:00pm the day before your event and weekend cancellations by 4:00pm on Friday. A cancellation fee of 50% of the order value will be charged if orders over $2,500 are cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice. Same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge.
