July is National Blueberry Month

In honor of National Blueberry Month, we’re highlighting the berry great bite-size superfood.  Summer calls for light fresh eating and blueberries make for a great addition by adding both flavor and nutrition.  Blueberries are an excellent source of Vitamin C, full of antioxidants, and are not only low in calories, they’re high in fiber.  With July being the height of peak blueberry season in North America, now is the perfect time to enjoy a berry fresh snack or meal.
