Boudin Featured on “We Are What We Eat”
Food, History and Science
We recently had the wonderful opportunity to be featured on an episode of “We Are What We Eat”, a 3-part documentary series highlighting the importance of food and how it drove civilization around the world.
Boudin’s segment takes place at the flagship location on Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco with Master Baker Fernando Padilla and British television journalist/producer Michael Mosley. They discuss the technique and science behind Boudin’s famous sourdough bread.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with the production team and are thrilled to share the final product with everyone. Take a look behind the scenes below and click here to watch the entire episode.
